(上海市建工設(shè)計(jì)研究院有限公司,上海 200050)[摘要] 鎮(zhèn)江財(cái)富廣場(chǎng)為7度(0. 15g)抗震設(shè)防。工程平面復(fù)雜,轉(zhuǎn)換位置高(在6層)。進(jìn)行了轉(zhuǎn)換方案的比較,確定采用轉(zhuǎn)換梁的轉(zhuǎn)換方案。進(jìn)行了抗震性能化設(shè)計(jì)。采用型鋼混凝土轉(zhuǎn)換梁及轉(zhuǎn)換柱提高抗震性能。轉(zhuǎn)換層上部?jī)蓪硬捎眯弯摶炷良袅?,以滿足性能化設(shè)計(jì)要求。

( Shanghai Construction Design&Research Institute Co., Ltd., Shanghai 200050, China)Abstract: The seisnuc fortification intensity of Zhenjiang Fortune Plaza is 7 degrees(0.15g). It's a very complex layout project with a transformation floor on high elevation in the 6th floor. The plan with transform beam was taken after comparing all possibilities of transformation plans. The design of seismic performance was optimized. The steel reinforced concrete transform beams and columns improve the seismic performance. In order to meet the requirements of performance-based seismic design, reinforced concrete shear wall was set on the two floors above the transformation floor.
