(北京維拓時代建筑設(shè)計有限公司,北京 100025)[摘要] 脫硫塔體結(jié)構(gòu)開孔較多,內(nèi)部構(gòu)造繁瑣,受力復(fù)雜,采用傳統(tǒng)殼體計算理論公式難以準(zhǔn)確求解殼體的受力狀態(tài)。因此,遵照脫硫塔施工圖紙,采用ANSYS軟件對塔體及其內(nèi)、外主要相連構(gòu)件進行了三維精確建模。針對整體結(jié)構(gòu)進行模擬實際受力狀態(tài)的有限元分析,實現(xiàn)其各部位的強度、剛度及穩(wěn)定性驗算。

( Beijing Victory Star Architectural &Civil Engineering Design Co., Ltd., Beijing 100025, China)Abstract: Behavior of the flue gas desulfurization( FGD) tower structure is too complicated to be deduced by typical design equations because of the existing of opening holes and complex design details. Based on practical design project, the accurate 3-D finite element analysis model of a FGD tower structure is brult by software ANSYS. Strength, stiffness and stability behavior of the tower structure are checked considering the gravity, wind, earthquake loadings, and so on.
