隔震技術在災后重建中的應用案例*

[摘要] 以汶川地震后劍南春總部辦公樓的新建工程和都江之春1#樓加固工程作為案例,介紹隔震技術在災后重建中運用的工程實例。通過對比傳統(tǒng)抗震方案和基礎隔震方案的抗震效果,分析了采用隔震技術對結構的層間剪力和自振周期等方面的影響。結果表明,采用隔震技術可延長結構自振周期,顯著降低上部結構的地震反應,減輕地震作用對主體結構的損壞,有效提高建筑的抗震性能,從而滿足建筑抗震設計規(guī)范的要求。

Application case using seismic isolation technology in post-disaster reconstruction

Abstract: The application cases using seismic isolation technology in reconstruction after the Wenchuan Earthquake were introduced, taking Jiannanchun office building construction project and Dujiangyan reinforcement project as examples. By comparing the traditional scheme and base isolation scheme, the influence of using seismic isolation technology on interfacial shear stress and natural vibration period was analyzed. The results show that using seismic isolation technology can extend the natural vibration period of the structure, reduce the earthquake response of upper structure and the damage on main structure, effectively improve the seisnuc properties, so as to meet the requirements of the code for seismic design of buildings.
