（中電投工程研究檢測評定中心，北京 100840）[摘要] 闡述了砌體結構檢測、鑒定及加固處理的基本方法，結合不同時期加固、加層的某砌體結構辦公樓實例，根據(jù)現(xiàn)行規(guī)范對結構的材料強度、結構的承載力、構造措施進行了檢測鑒定，對該辦公樓的現(xiàn)狀進行評估并提出了該工程的后期處理意見，為結構的正常安全使用提供依據(jù)，也為同類結構的工程鑒定和加固提供借鑒。

Based on the present codes, the material strength,bearing capacities and the construction measures were detected and identificated for an office building of masonry structure with structure reinforced and added layers in the different periods. According to the status evaluation of tlus structure, the post-processing suggestions were put forward to provide basis for the ordinary usage and provide a reference for the identification and reinforcement of similar structures.
