（1 中國建筑設(shè)計研究院，北京100044；2 濟寧市新城發(fā)展投資有限責(zé)任公司，濟寧 272067）[摘要] 北京某辦公樓抗震鑒定設(shè)計過程中，為真實反映其實際承載力并評定可靠性，對該建筑進行兩級抗震鑒定；明確A類砌體結(jié)構(gòu)抗震鑒定的步驟、計算方法，并應(yīng)用于該工程當(dāng)中；對不滿足二級抗震鑒定要求的結(jié)構(gòu)，提出不同的加固方法并進行分析，根據(jù)工程的實際情況，將比較合理的加固方法應(yīng)用于工程。

A masonry structure seismic appraisal step, calculation method were cleared and applied in the engineering. If the structure do not meet the second level seismic appraisal requirements, different strengthening methods were put forward and analyzed. According to the practical situation, the reasonable strengthening method is applied to the engineering.
