[摘要] 某五層居民樓建于上世紀(jì)60年代，上部結(jié)構(gòu)形式為底框架磚砌體結(jié)構(gòu)。該建筑已接近設(shè)計(jì)使用年限，為確保其抗震性能和安全使用要求，有必要對(duì)其進(jìn)行抗震鑒定。首先對(duì)該建筑從宏觀控制和構(gòu)造鑒定方面進(jìn)行第一級(jí)鑒定，然后運(yùn)用樓層綜合抗震能力指數(shù)法進(jìn)行第二級(jí)鑒定，最后給出鑒定結(jié)論，并提出加固建議。

Seismic appraisal of a bottom frame for brick houses

Abstract: A bottom frame with five stores was constructed in 1960s.  The building has been close to design service life. In order to ensure the seismic bearing capacity and safety requirements for using, it is necessary to carry on the seismic appraisal. The first level appraisal was carried from the macroscopic control and conformation identification, and then the second level appraisal by the floor comprehensive seismic capability index method, finally the seismic appraisal results and strengthening proposal were presented.
