(中電投工程研究檢測評定中心,北京 100840)[摘要] 南京某民國時期建筑,建造于20世紀(jì)30年代,為保證結(jié)構(gòu)的安全使用,按現(xiàn)行國家標(biāo)準(zhǔn)《建筑抗震鑒定標(biāo)準(zhǔn)》( GB 50023-2009)的要求對其進行了現(xiàn)場檢測及抗震鑒定。對地基基礎(chǔ)和上部結(jié)構(gòu)現(xiàn)狀進行了檢查;對結(jié)構(gòu)體系和構(gòu)件布置及配筋、材料強度、房屋的傾斜情況進行了檢測;對結(jié)構(gòu)的平面及豎向的規(guī)則性進行了計算分析;按照后續(xù)使用年限30年、設(shè)防烈度7度對結(jié)構(gòu)進行了抗震措施鑒定和抗震驗算。經(jīng)檢測鑒定得出,結(jié)構(gòu)部分位置出現(xiàn)裂縫,建筑結(jié)構(gòu)體系較為復(fù)雜,底層南半部分為框架和磚墻共同承重,結(jié)構(gòu)存在錯層、越層、樓板不連續(xù)、水平轉(zhuǎn)換構(gòu)件等抗震不利因素,部分結(jié)構(gòu)構(gòu)件承載力不足。根據(jù)檢測鑒定結(jié)果給出了相應(yīng)的處理建議。

In order to ensure the safety of the structure, site measurement and seismic evaluation were carried on according to Stan,dard for Seismic Appraisal of Buildin.gs (GB 50023-2009). The foundation and the upper structure status were checked; the structure system, component layout, the reinforcement of component, material strength and the building on the tilt of the detection were detected; the regularity of horizontal and vertical of the structure were calculated and analyzed. According to the standard including subsequent use life of thirty years, fortification intensity of7 seismic measures, the sUucture identification and seismic analysis were carried on. According to the result of the site measurement and seismic evaluation, cracks are found in some part of the structure; the structure system is very complex and half of the southem bottom is joint load-bearing of frame and brick wall. And there are many unfavorable factors for seismic, such as split-levels, cross layers, unconnected floor slab and level conversion components. The bearing capacity of some parts of the structure component is weak. The corresponding treatment recommendations were given based on the evaluation results.
