(浙江工業(yè)大學(xué)建筑工程學(xué)院,杭州 310014)[摘要] 在設(shè)定的人工氣候氯鹽腐蝕的環(huán)境下,對(duì)同一水灰比的鋼筋混凝土梁進(jìn)行了腐蝕時(shí)間不同的試驗(yàn)研究,分析了氯鹽腐蝕后的鋼筋混凝土梁的承載能力及鋼筋銹蝕率。結(jié)論表明,同一水灰比的混凝土梁在不同腐蝕時(shí)間下的承載力與氯離子在混凝土中的侵蝕深度及其對(duì)鋼筋腐蝕的程度密切相關(guān):氯離子侵蝕越深,導(dǎo)致鋼筋銹蝕越嚴(yán)重,承載力下降越明顯。

( College of Civil Engineering and Architecture, Zhejiang University of Technology, Hangzhou 310014, China)Abstract: Under the preset chloride corrosion environment by artificial climate, the experiment on chloride contaminated RC beams with same water-cement ratio at different time was studied and the bearing capacity and corrosion ratio of the steel after being corroded by chloride were analyzed. The results of the experiment indicate that RC beams with the same water-cement ratio displayed different bearing capacity when they were corroded at different time, which is closely related with corrosion depth of chloride in concrete and its corrosion in steel. The deeper the chloride contaminated, the more seriously the steel corroded, which makes the bearing capacity decreased significantly.
