(中國建筑設計研究院,北京 100044)[摘要] 介紹了高層主樓與多層裙房連體結構的基礎設計。為了實現樁基規(guī)范中提到的調平設計,一方面通過適當增強主樓基礎剛度,減弱裙房基礎剛度,減小兩者之間沉降差異;另一方面對于高層框一筒結構主樓,通過調整內筒及外框筏板下樁距,實現變剛度,減弱了碟形沉降效應,基礎各項計算參數均滿足設計規(guī)范。在樁筏基礎計算中,考慮了上下部結構的共同工作,所得計算結果更符合實際。在運用文克勒模型計算樁筏基礎時,通過合理選取基床剛度系數,可使內力、沉降計算結果更接近實際,從而簡化設計,同時節(jié)省材料。

Foundation design of S5# building in Daqi Square

Abstract: The foundation design of a connected structure between a tall bLulding and a multi-storey building was introduced. The settlement differences was reduced by increasing the foundation stiffness of the main building and wakening the foundation stiffness of the annex. In order to reduce the disk-shape settlement distribution, the pile spacing of core tube and extemal frame was adjusted. The optinuzation design was aclueved and the calculation of the foundation can meet the design code. In the calculation of the foundation, the interaction of superstructure-foundation-pile-soil was analyzed, the results was more realistic. When using WENKLER model to calculate the foundation, the stiffness coefficient of subgrade should be logical selected, wluch can simplify the design and save the materials.
