張付奎1，任慶英1，楊培勝2，孔文華2(1 中國(guó)建筑設(shè)計(jì)研究院，北京100044； 2 北京筑合建筑設(shè)計(jì)事務(wù)所有限責(zé)任公司，北京100044)［摘要］唐山第三空間綜合體項(xiàng)目為復(fù)雜高層建筑，涉及承受錯(cuò)層梁板作用的框架柱、因豎向構(gòu)件不連續(xù)而形成的轉(zhuǎn)換梁以及方向各異的大跨度懸挑陽(yáng)臺(tái)梁板、地下車庫(kù)的三角形柱網(wǎng)布置等結(jié)構(gòu)構(gòu)件形式。設(shè)計(jì)過(guò)程中進(jìn)行了多遇地震的彈性分析及中震、罕遇地震靜力彈塑性分析，根據(jù)靜力彈塑性分析結(jié)果對(duì)結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行了優(yōu)化，從而在實(shí)現(xiàn)結(jié)構(gòu)的抗震設(shè)防性能目標(biāo)的同時(shí)，盡可能兼顧結(jié)構(gòu)構(gòu)件的經(jīng)濟(jì)性。［關(guān)鍵詞］復(fù)雜高層；轉(zhuǎn)換梁；三角形柱網(wǎng)；彈性分析；靜力彈塑性分析；錯(cuò)層入戶；鋼骨混凝土結(jié)構(gòu)中圖分類號(hào)：TU318文獻(xiàn)標(biāo)識(shí)碼：A文章編號(hào)：1002848X(2012)11005304Structural design on Tangshan third space complex compoundZhang Fukui1, Ren Qingying1, Yang Peisheng2, Kong Wenhua2(1 China Architecture Design and Research Group, Beijing 100044, China; 2 Beijing Building United Architectural Design Co., Ltd., Beijing 100044, China )Abstract: Tangshan third space compound project is a complex high-rise building, involving frame columns withstanding the effect of split-level flat slab, transfer beams formed due to uncontinuous vertical components and large-span cantilevered balcony flat slabs with different directions, triangular column net layout of the underground garage structure, and etc. The elastic analysis under frequent earthquake and Pushover analysis under medium and rare earthquake were studied in the design process. The structure was optimized according to Pushover analysis results.
