某超高層建筑L形連體結(jié)構(gòu)方案研究與設(shè)計(jì)

農(nóng)興中1,伍永勝1,郁銀泉2,蔣航軍2,張林振2(1 廣州地鐵設(shè)計(jì)研究院有限公司,廣州 510010; 2 中國(guó)建筑標(biāo)準(zhǔn)設(shè)計(jì)研究院,北京 100044)[摘要]高層連體結(jié)構(gòu)抗扭轉(zhuǎn)性能較差,尤其平面上不對(duì)稱(chēng)的連體結(jié)構(gòu),各塔樓之間的振動(dòng)互相耦聯(lián),增大了結(jié)構(gòu)的扭轉(zhuǎn)效應(yīng)。某高層建筑L形連體結(jié)構(gòu)方案研究表明,剛性連接方案具有較好的抗側(cè)剛度。采用基于性能的設(shè)計(jì)方法,通過(guò)在L形連接體及其下部4層混凝土剪力墻內(nèi)設(shè)置鋼支撐框架、增加樓板板底和頂板通長(zhǎng)鋼筋配筋量、設(shè)置水平支撐、提高兩塔樓的自身抗側(cè)剛度和承載力等多項(xiàng)措施,使結(jié)構(gòu)的各項(xiàng)指標(biāo)均能滿(mǎn)足相關(guān)設(shè)計(jì)規(guī)范要求。[關(guān)鍵詞]高層建筑; 連體結(jié)構(gòu); 超限; 剛性連接中圖分類(lèi)號(hào):TU3182,TU973文獻(xiàn)標(biāo)識(shí)碼:A文章編號(hào):1002848X(2012)11007105Study and design on a high-rise building with L-type connected structureNong Xingzhong1, Wu Yongsheng1, Yu Yinquan2, Jiang Hangjun2, Zhang Linzhen2(1 Guangzhou Metro Design & Research Institute Co., Ltd., Guangzhou 510010, China; 2 China Institute of Building Standard Design & Research, Beijing 100044, China)Abstract: The anti-torsion capability of high-rise buildings with connected structures is low, especially when the connected structures are asymmetric in plane. Coupling vibration among towers increases the torsion effect on building structure. A research on an L-type connected structure shows that rigid connections have better lateral rigidity.
