謝洪偉,李達明,游海東,冉學(xué)政,范強,李尊(中國建筑上海設(shè)計研究院有限公司, 上海 200063)[摘要]富春江勵駿酒店主樓為一超高層建筑,下部若干層設(shè)有超大懸挑樓層。介紹了結(jié)構(gòu)體系的選擇、超大懸挑結(jié)構(gòu)的處理方法以及相關(guān)的構(gòu)造措施。本工程處于非地震區(qū),結(jié)構(gòu)分析側(cè)重于在風荷載作用下的結(jié)構(gòu)抗側(cè)力分析、大懸挑結(jié)構(gòu)對抗傾覆計算的影響以及大懸挑結(jié)構(gòu)在豎向荷載下的分析等。分析結(jié)果表明:主體結(jié)構(gòu)可滿足抗側(cè)力以及抗傾覆要求,大懸挑結(jié)構(gòu)變形較小,對主體結(jié)構(gòu)的影響有限。[關(guān)鍵詞]超高層建筑;超大懸挑結(jié)構(gòu);鋼框架鋼筋混凝土核心筒;剪力墻;抗傾覆分析中圖分類號:TU318文獻標識碼:A文章編號:1002848X(2012)11007605Structural design on main building of Fuchun River Legendale HotelXie Hongwei, Li Daming ,You Haidong, Ran Xuezheng, Fan Qiang, Li Zun(China Shanghai Architectural Design & Research Institute Co., Ltd., Shanghai 200063, China)Abstract: The main building of Fuchun River Legendale Hotel is a super high-rise building with super long cantilever floors at lower part. The choice of structural system, the method of applying super long cantilever structure and related construction measures were introduced. As the project is in non seismic resistance zone, the structural analysis focuses on the resistance of building to the lateral force under wind load, the effect of long cantilever structure on the overturning resistance of building, and the stress performance of long cantilever structure under vertical loading. The results show that the main building structure can meet the requirements of anti-lateral force and overturning resistance.
