框架結(jié)構(gòu)基礎(chǔ)預(yù)應(yīng)力混凝土轉(zhuǎn)換梁的分析與設(shè)計(jì)

楊挺1,唐玉宏1,孟少平2,朱虹2(1 南京市市政設(shè)計(jì)研究院有限責(zé)任公司,南京 210008;2 東南大學(xué)土木工程學(xué)院,南京 210096)[摘要]結(jié)合南京火車站站前廣場(chǎng)環(huán)形高架平臺(tái)橋工程,針對(duì)預(yù)應(yīng)力框架結(jié)構(gòu)中兩根大跨度支承柱不能與已建成的地鐵車站預(yù)留的鋼骨混凝土柱相對(duì)接的情況,采用轉(zhuǎn)換層結(jié)構(gòu),通過(guò)轉(zhuǎn)換梁將框架柱的內(nèi)力傳給地鐵站預(yù)留柱及樁基礎(chǔ)。采用SATWE設(shè)計(jì)軟件和ANSYS有限元軟件,進(jìn)行了環(huán)形高架平臺(tái)橋(包括預(yù)應(yīng)力混凝土轉(zhuǎn)換梁)的整體結(jié)構(gòu)分析與設(shè)計(jì),并實(shí)施了現(xiàn)場(chǎng)測(cè)試與分析。設(shè)計(jì)、施工和測(cè)試結(jié)果表明:轉(zhuǎn)換層結(jié)構(gòu)解決了平臺(tái)橋柱受力傳遞的結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)難題;預(yù)應(yīng)力混凝土轉(zhuǎn)換梁相對(duì)其他轉(zhuǎn)換結(jié)構(gòu)形式具有適合性、合理性和可實(shí)施性;選用有限元進(jìn)行預(yù)應(yīng)力轉(zhuǎn)換梁的內(nèi)力分析,較符合實(shí)際受力工況,且轉(zhuǎn)換梁的承載力、裂縫寬度驗(yàn)算及撓度計(jì)算在監(jiān)測(cè)中得到了進(jìn)一步的驗(yàn)證。其成果對(duì)預(yù)應(yīng)力混凝土轉(zhuǎn)換梁在橋梁工程中的應(yīng)用與研究具有一定的借鑒作用。[關(guān)鍵詞]框架結(jié)構(gòu); 高架平臺(tái); 有限元; 預(yù)應(yīng)力混凝土; 轉(zhuǎn)換梁; 設(shè)計(jì)研究; 測(cè)試分析中圖分類號(hào):TU378.2文獻(xiàn)標(biāo)識(shí)碼:A文章編號(hào):1002848X(2012)11009605Analysis and design on prestressed transfer girders in foundation of a frame structureYang Ting1, Tang Yuhong1, Meng Shaoping2, Zhu Hong2(1 Nanjing Municipal Design and Research Institute Co., Ltd., Nanjing 210008, China; 2 School of Civil Engineering, Southeast University, Nanjing 210096, China)Abstract: Based on the circle-shape viaduct bridge in Nanjing Railway Station's Square, the design and research of prestressed frame were developed. There were two pillars of the viaduct bridge could not be put on the reserved location of metro station under the ground. By the use of crossed prestressed girders, the foundation of the viaduct bridge was elevated and the internal forces of the frame were transferred to the reserved pillar and its foundation in the metro station. The structure analyses of the prestressed transfer girder were discussed. In addition, by using of SATWE and ANSYS, the design scheme of circle shape viaduct (including prestressed transfer girders) was introduced. By the use of FEM, the internal force and stress of transfer girders were calculated. Some in-situ tests were also applied. The bearing capacity, crack width and transformation of the girder were tested in construction process. The testing results show that the design of prestressed transfer girders is right. The in-situ tests show that the transfer girders are safe and reasonable. This transfer structure provides a good way to resolve the problem of force transition of viaduct above the metro station. Some reliable design and calculating methods are given.
