天津地鐵盾構(gòu)接收水平凍結(jié)實(shí)測(cè)與分析

摘要]天津地區(qū)地下3層及以下地鐵車站,盾構(gòu)掘進(jìn)范圍內(nèi)主要為粉砂和粉土,并包含承壓水層,水壓高容易造成噴沙現(xiàn)象,引起開挖面失穩(wěn)和地面沉降。為保護(hù)地面建(構(gòu))筑物,保證盾構(gòu)安全接收,采用水平凍結(jié)方法加固地層。由于天津尚未開展凍土試驗(yàn),在凍結(jié)設(shè)計(jì)中,凍土強(qiáng)度指標(biāo)暫比照上海地區(qū)取值。通過對(duì)天津地鐵3號(hào)線某區(qū)間左線盾構(gòu)接收水平凍結(jié)設(shè)計(jì)與施工方案,以及土體和鹽水溫度實(shí)測(cè)數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行分析,研究?jī)鼋Y(jié)方案的實(shí)際實(shí)施效果。實(shí)測(cè)結(jié)果表明,凍結(jié)設(shè)計(jì)滿足凍結(jié)帷幕厚度和平均溫度的要求,達(dá)到了加固土體和止水的效果,但由于盾構(gòu)施工中未能有效地注漿封閉止水,造成帶有泥沙的水流到刀盤位置,通過采取增加內(nèi)排管凍結(jié)、增設(shè)明洞等措施后,盾構(gòu)機(jī)安全進(jìn)洞。

Field monitoring and analysis of horizontal freezing method for shield received in Tianjin metro tunnels

Abstract: For three layers and more of underground subway station in Tianjin area, the range of shield driving mainly includes silt and silty soil, as well as artesian aquifer. High water pressure will easily cause sandblasting, instability of excavation face and surface subsidence. In order to protect the buildings and ensure safe shield received, horizontal freezing method is taken to strengthen the stratum. Because frozen ground experiments have not been taken in Tianjin, design of freezing method uses parameters of Shanghai. By analyzing horizontal freezing design and construction method of left line shield received in Tianjin No. 3 subway project, as well as temperature of ground and saline water, implementation effect was studied. The measured results show that freezing design satisfies the requirements of freezing curtain wall thickness and average temperature, reaches the effect of soil strengthened and water sealed. However, the gap between shield and segment has not been effectively sealed, water with silt flows into shield cutter head. By taking the measures of increasing inner freezing pipes and open tunnel, shield machine safely enters into the station.
