折線形鋼箱柱極限承載力性能研究

[摘要] 為確定實際工程中折線形鋼箱柱的一些受力狀態(tài)和破壞特征,建立了該構(gòu)件的有限元模型,對折線形鋼箱柱的受力、變形等進行有限元分析,并建立了1:8 的實體模型進行極限承載力的模型試驗。最后,將試驗結(jié)果與軟件模擬結(jié)果進行了比較,提出一些對折線形鋼箱柱的設計、工廠加工、現(xiàn)場吊裝及施工監(jiān)控有益的建議。

Performance research on the ultimate bearing capacity of folded line steel box column

Abstract: To determine the stressful condition and destruction characteristics of the folded line steel box column in actual project, the finite element model was established, and the folded line steel box column's stress and deformation were analyzed. The experiments of ultimate bearing capacity on folded line steel box column were also performed, and the proportion of the mode is l:8. Finally, the comparision of the test and the software simulation was carried out. On the basis of them, some suggestions about designing, manufacturing, hoisting and monitoring of folded line steel box column were proposed.
