(1 空軍第一工程總隊(duì),北京100089; 2北京建筑工程學(xué)院,北京100044)[摘要] 某寫(xiě)字樓工程基坑開(kāi)挖深度14m,基坑?xùn)|側(cè)12m是一棟16層的住宅樓,基坑南側(cè)2.5m是馬路人行道,基坑西側(cè)18m是一棟10層的寫(xiě)字樓?;娱_(kāi)挖深、周邊情況復(fù)雜,鄰近有建筑物和道路。通過(guò)技術(shù)經(jīng)濟(jì)分析,基坑施工采用錨拉樁支護(hù),以及止水帷幕與管井相結(jié)合降截水的施工方案,實(shí)踐證明,取得了較好的工程效果。

Around the foundation pit, 12m away in the east is a 16-story residential building, 2.5m away in the south is a street sidewalk, and 18m away in the west is a 10-story office building. According to the deep excavation, complicated circumjacent situation, and the neighborhood of buildings and streets, through the technical and economic analysis, the construction of the deep foundation adopt the anchor piles supporting scheme, as well as the scheme ofwater stop curtain combined with tube-well for dewatering and water cutting off. The method proved effective in practice and achieved good project results.
