(云南昆明鋼鐵集團(tuán)設(shè)計(jì)院,昆明650302)[摘要] 鋼城花園高層鋼結(jié)構(gòu)住宅樓高37.35m,地下1層,地上12層,采用鋼框架-核心筒結(jié)構(gòu)體系,建筑功能、經(jīng)濟(jì)性、居住舒適度均較好。鋼骨混凝土剪力墻、加強(qiáng)型梁柱節(jié)點(diǎn)使結(jié)構(gòu)具有優(yōu)越的抗震性能。

The structural system ofthe mansion is frame-core wall, and architectural functions, cost saving and comfortable residence are well. The seismic performance is superior for steel framed concrete core wall and strengthening beam column joint.
