(上海建筑設(shè)計研究院有限公司，上海200041)[摘要] 介紹了上海中山東一路27號大樓（原怡和洋行）文物建筑的基本情況及其存在的一些問題，并結(jié)合文物保護(hù)的要求，提出了文物保護(hù)建筑抗震概念加固的一些處理方法。結(jié)合工程采用的一些構(gòu)件加固的做法，對常用構(gòu)件加固的做法及注意事項進(jìn)行了簡要。

Then, they proposed some treatment of seismic concept strengthening for the heritage buildings. Combined with the approach of components reinforced of this project, a brief analysis was make for the reinforcing practice.
