(1 中國建筑設(shè)計研究院,北京100044;2北京勘測設(shè)計研究院,北京100024)[摘要] 根據(jù)工程安全鑒定報告的主要結(jié)論及《北京地區(qū)中小學校舍抗震鑒定與加固技術(shù)細則》(2009-10-1實施)的相關(guān)規(guī)定,確定某教學樓的加固方案:改變其磚混結(jié)構(gòu)體系為鋼筋混凝土抗震墻結(jié)構(gòu)體系。采用雙面噴射鋼筋混凝土墻板作為抗震墻,樓面整澆疊合層增強結(jié)構(gòu)的整體性等方法,使加固改造后的建筑物滿足現(xiàn)行規(guī)范的抗震要求。

Used double-sided jet reinforced concrete wall as a shear wall, entire floor cast composite layer enhancing the structural integrity and so on, reinforcement building could meet the current standard of seismic requirements.
