(北京清水愛派建筑設計有限公司，北京100084)[摘要] 對廈門市商業(yè)銀行總行大樓的加固及改擴建結(jié)構(gòu)進行優(yōu)化設計。首先對建筑可靠性進行鑒定，分析存在的主要問題，并針對問題提出相應的優(yōu)化設計對策，找出結(jié)構(gòu)加固設計經(jīng)濟可行的最優(yōu)辦法，最后對加固方法及施工要點進行闡述，希望對探索加固與改建的更好辦法提供一些參考。

Firstly, the building reliability was identified and major problems were listed. ccording to these problems, maximum design procedure was presented following the optimized esign schedule. Finally, the construction measurement and key points were discussed which can be referred n building strengthening and expanding balance.
