[摘要] 利用大型有限元計(jì)算軟件ANSYS對阜新發(fā)電廠輸煤棧橋進(jìn)行了碳纖維加固梁受靜荷載作用的有限元分析,給出了梁加固的具體方案,結(jié)果表明使用碳纖維加固方法可以明顯提高梁的承載能力和有效控制梁的撓度變形。同時(shí)通過分析動(dòng)荷載作用下碳纖維加固梁的各種材料應(yīng)力應(yīng)變狀態(tài)得知,碳纖維加固可以使結(jié)構(gòu)構(gòu)件有一定的安全儲(chǔ)備,以適應(yīng)各種環(huán)境影響因素帶來的額外荷載,從而較大程度的提高結(jié)構(gòu)構(gòu)件的安全使用可靠度。

Reinforced with CFRP and numerical simulation of coal trestle structure

Abstract: The finite element analysis on beams pressed with dead loading of trestle for coal transporting of Fuxin Power Plant was completed by using ANSYS software. The result shows that the carrying power ofbeam reinforced with CFRP is increased and deflection is controlled effectively. At the same time, analysis on respond history of the factory building excited by dynamic shows that the mass of structure increase so little that can be ignored by means of pasting CFRP for reinforcing structure, and resistance to lateral bending stiffness is increased dramatically, so that the structure can resist any loading.
