(1 新大陸建筑設(shè)計(jì)有限公司,沈陽110003; 2 遼寧天維紡織研究建筑設(shè)計(jì)有限公司,沈陽110015)[摘要] 介紹一種混凝土結(jié)構(gòu)增設(shè)支點(diǎn)加固的新方法。其主要特點(diǎn)是通過旋轉(zhuǎn)柱腳螺栓頂升鋼支柱,使樓蓋達(dá)到卸荷、減小跨度、恢復(fù)變形的目的。增設(shè)支點(diǎn)的鋼支柱既作為結(jié)構(gòu)構(gòu)件,又當(dāng)作項(xiàng)升用具。該方法用于某辦公樓屋蓋的加固工程,取得很好的經(jīng)濟(jì)技術(shù)效果。

The main characteristic ofthis method is to turn the footing bolt to lift up steel column to achieve the goals of reducing span, unloading and recovering deformation of roof. The bearing steel column is not only as a structure component, but also as a lifting-up appliance. This method has been used to strengthen a roof of an office building and generates good economic and technical effects.
