(吉林省陽光建設(shè)工程咨詢有限公司,吉林130022)[摘要] 汶川地震后,《建筑工程抗震設(shè)防分類標準》(GB50223-2004)進行了修訂,將中小學校舍的抗震類別由原來的丙類提高到乙類。在這種背景下,通過對吉林省內(nèi)部分中小學校舍近百棟房屋進行抗震排查鑒定工作,總結(jié)實踐經(jīng)驗,查閱相關(guān)技術(shù)標準,認真研究規(guī)范條款,得出便于使用與理解掌握的抗震鑒定方法,對后續(xù)的中小學校舍抗震鑒定及加固改造工程具有實際意義。

( Jilin Sunny Construction Engineering Consultation Co., Ltd., Jilin 130022, China)Abstract: Afier WenChuan Earthquake, Code for classilz'cation of seismic protection of buildings( GB20223-2004) was revised and anti-seismic classification of buildings of primary and secondary schools was upgraded from Group C to Group B.According to this background, hundreds of buildings of primary and secondary schools in Jilin Province were checked by earthquake-resistant evaluation and then some simplified earthquake-resistant evaluation methods based on relative technical standards and regulations are summed up. It was sure that those methods are absolutely significant to later earthquake-resistant evaluation for primary and secondary schools' buildings as well as reinforcement engineermg and modification works.
