（1 中國礦業(yè)大學(xué)力學(xué)與建筑工程學(xué)院，徐州221116; 2 深部巖土力學(xué)與地下工程國家重點(diǎn)實(shí) 驗(yàn)室，徐州221008;3國華徐州發(fā)電有限公司，徐州221166）[摘要] 在特殊工作環(huán)境的長期作用下，某火電廠卸煤溝主體結(jié)構(gòu)鋼筋混凝土材料、構(gòu)件己出現(xiàn)明顯的破損劣化現(xiàn)象，嚴(yán)重影響結(jié)構(gòu)的安全性。為保證安全生產(chǎn)，對其工作環(huán)境進(jìn)行了檢測分析；對結(jié)構(gòu)構(gòu)件的表觀質(zhì)量及裂縫、碳化深度、抗壓強(qiáng)度、鋼筋分布及保護(hù)層厚度、鋼筋銹蝕程度、動力性能與反應(yīng)等進(jìn)行了全面的檢測分析；對主體結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行了安全性設(shè)計復(fù)核驗(yàn)算。在此基礎(chǔ)上，對主體結(jié)構(gòu)的安全性進(jìn)行了綜合評定，針對已出現(xiàn)的問題提出了修復(fù)、加崮及維護(hù)建議。

To ensure the safety of the structure and normal production, inspection on the severe service environment was carried out, and also on the main structure. The inspection items of main structure included apparent characteristics, concrete carbonized depth, concrete compression strength, reinforcement arrangement, concrete cover thickness, corrosion rate of reinforcement and dynamic performance of RC members. Then design calculation and safety checking were carried out on the main structure. Based on the inspection and safety checking, safety of coal unloading chute was assessed, strengthening and maintenance methods were suggested.
