(中冶集團建筑研究總院，北京100088)[摘要] 包頭金融文化中心是一幢多功能超高層建筑，中問塔樓與周圍裙房荷載差異很大，并且該區(qū)域地基土存在軟弱下臥層，使得其地基變形與承載力驗算成為結構設計的一個重點，但規(guī)范中又未對帶裙房超高層建筑地基驗算作計算規(guī)定。文中計算方法可給其他設計者提供一個思路，供類似工程參考。

While the specification has not yet specific provisions of the calculation. The calculation method can provide an idea for other designers.
