預應力轉(zhuǎn)換技術在原位頂升鐵塔施工中的應用

[摘要] 介紹一種高效、快捷的原位提升輸電線路鐵塔的施工方法——“自爬式頂升法”。該法以接長的原地腳螺栓為爬桿,以螺母為崮定支點,以4個千斤項為提升設備,實施同步協(xié)調(diào)頂升操作。為保證頂升時螺桿的穩(wěn)定和安全,采用了預應力轉(zhuǎn)換技術。該技術成功地把大部分塔腳壓力通過預應力轉(zhuǎn)換結(jié)構傳遞給基礎,從而避免螺桿受壓力過大而失穩(wěn)。

Abstract: An efficient, fast and in situ lifting power transmission tower construction method- self-climbing and lifting method was introduced. The method makes the original long bolt as climbing pole, nut as fixed pivot, 4 jacks as the lifting equipment, to implemente of synchronized jacking operation. The prestressed conversion technology is used to ensure the stability and security of the lifting bar. The technology has successfully passed the most pressure to the tower base through prestressed conversion frame, to avoid excessive pressure on the screw instability.
