小徑厚比鋼管再生混凝土短柱軸壓性能研究*

張衛(wèi)東1,王振波2,丁海軍2(1 淮陰工學(xué)院建筑工程學(xué)院,淮安223001;2 南京工業(yè)大學(xué)土木工程學(xué)院,南京 210009)[摘要] 通過軸壓試驗研究了不同再生混凝土摻入量的小徑厚比鋼管再生混凝土短柱在荷載作用下的宏觀變形特征、荷載應(yīng)變關(guān)系和破壞機理,分析了代表目前鋼管混凝土三種理論的計算公式的適用性。研究結(jié)果表明,取代率對鋼管再生混凝土短柱破壞形態(tài)影響較小,但對極限承載力影響較大,極限承載力隨著取代率的增加而下降,最大降幅約為13%。再生混凝土取代率較高時,目前三種理論計算公式計算結(jié)果偏于不安全,從收縮率角度對英國標準協(xié)會BS 5400計算公式進行修正,其計算結(jié)果與鋼管普通混凝土試件計算結(jié)果具有相同的安全度。[關(guān)鍵詞] 小徑厚比;鋼管再生混凝土;軸壓試驗;收縮率;取代率中圖分類號:TU392-3 文獻標識碼:A 文章編號:1002-848X(2012)12-0086-04Study on the behavior of recycled aggregate concrete filled steel tubes with small diameter-thickness ratio under axial compressionZhang Weidong1, Wang Zhenbo2, Ding Haijun2(1 Faculty of Architecture and Civil Engineering, Huaiyin Institute of Technology, Huai′an 223001, China; 2 College of Civil Engineering, Nanjing University of Technology, Nanjing 210009, China)Abstract: Based on axially compressive tests of recycled concrete filled steel tube short columns with small diameter-thickness ratio and different replacement percentage, macroscopic characters of deformation, force-longitudinal strain curves and failure mechanism were studied, and applicability of three theoretical calculation formulas of concrete filled steel tubes were analyzed. The test results demonstrate that the replacement percentage of recycled concrete has little influence on the mechanical properties and has great influence on the ultimate bearing capacity of the recycled concrete filled steel tube short columns. In the same condition, the bearing capacity will decrease when the replacement percentage of recycled concrete increases, and the maximum amplitude is 13%. The results based on three calculation theories can not provide proper safe when the replacement percentage is very high.
