加固用環(huán)氧結(jié)構(gòu)膠耐熱性能研究

[摘要] 采用不同溫度下力學(xué)性能、熱變形溫度和玻璃化轉(zhuǎn)變溫度三種方法,考察了兩種環(huán)氧建筑結(jié)構(gòu)膠的耐熱性能,并對結(jié)果進行了比較。試驗結(jié)果表明:結(jié)構(gòu)膠的三種不同耐熱性能測試方法之間存在一定聯(lián)系,溫度升高會顯著降低結(jié)構(gòu)膠的強度和抗形變能力,熱變形溫度(B法)和玻璃化轉(zhuǎn)變溫度均相近的兩種結(jié)構(gòu)膠,高溫力學(xué)性能卻存在顯著差別。

Study on the heat resistance performance of structural epoxy adhesive

Abstract: The heat resistance performance of two structural epoxy adhesives was measured and contrasted by three methods: mechanical properties at different temperatures, heat deformation temperature, glass transition temperature. The test results show that there are connections between three methods, higher temperature will significantly reduce the strength and deformation-resistance ability of structural adhesive, structural adhesive with similar heat deformation temperature (B method) and glass transition temperature could have notable different mechanical properties at high temperature.
