(中國建筑設(shè)計(jì)研究院,北京100044)[摘要] 本工程因建筑平面功能及空間設(shè)計(jì)的需要,四層以下較空曠,結(jié)構(gòu)單體較多,各單體之間連接較弱,平面、豎向均為不規(guī)則結(jié)構(gòu),四層以上通過大跨度結(jié)構(gòu)使各單體連接成較規(guī)則的口字形,有利于抗震;結(jié)構(gòu)形式主要選用了鋼筋混凝土框架一剪力墻結(jié)構(gòu),局部采用大跨度鋼桁架轉(zhuǎn)換,桁架以上為鋼框架結(jié)構(gòu),減輕了上部重量;在設(shè)計(jì)過程中采取了若干計(jì)算與構(gòu)造措施,對(duì)個(gè)別節(jié)點(diǎn)進(jìn)行了處理。

( China Architecture Design & Research Group, Beijing 100044)Abstract: Because of its plane function and space design required, under the fourth floor, the building is more opening, more monomer structures, the connections between monomers are weak, vertical structures are irregular. Over the fourth floor, through the long-span structures, the monomers connect into a more rules-shapes and is conducive to seismic. The building structure form mainly select reinforced concrete frame-shear wall structure, and partial use of large - span steel truss conversion, more than for steel frame structure, so reducing the weight of the upper part. During the design process has taken a number of calculation and structural measures for the treatment of individual nodes.
