(中國(guó)建筑設(shè)計(jì)研究院,北京100044)[摘要] 神舟科技大廈地上16層,為L(zhǎng)形不規(guī)則平面,設(shè)計(jì)對(duì)結(jié)構(gòu)方案比較分析后,未對(duì)結(jié)構(gòu)分縫,采取設(shè)計(jì)措施減小結(jié)構(gòu)扭轉(zhuǎn)效應(yīng)和超長(zhǎng)溫度效應(yīng)對(duì)結(jié)構(gòu)帶來的不利影響。本工程業(yè)主對(duì)施工工期要求非常緊張,設(shè)計(jì)充分為業(yè)主著想,不斷優(yōu)化結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì),選擇適合的結(jié)構(gòu)體系、基礎(chǔ)型式、樓蓋方案等,使結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)在滿足結(jié)構(gòu)規(guī)范要求的同時(shí)又很好地滿足了建筑功能和施工進(jìn)度要求。

( China Architecture Design & Research Group, Beijing 100044, China)Abstract: The structure of the Shenzhou Building spans sixteen stories above the ground level, with an L - shaped irregular plane. After thoroughly comparing the possible structural designs, instead of structural jointing, we adopted the structural designs to reduce the impact of the construction torsion effect and temperature effect. Although the project was under a tight schedule, we continuously improved and optimized the structural design, and chose the best structural and foundation types, and floor system. The structural design of the Shenzhou Building not only complied with the structural standard, satisfied the functionality needs, but also fitted into the tight project schedule. Finally, the design has fulfilled the owner's expectation.
