(1 中國(guó)建筑西南設(shè)計(jì)研究院有限公司,成都610081;2 茂爾盛咨詢(深圳)有限公司,深圳518001)[摘要] 成都東大街綜合發(fā)展項(xiàng)目由3棟超高層住宅組成,建筑高度超過B級(jí)。設(shè)計(jì)中采用剪力墻結(jié)構(gòu)體系,有效控制了可能存在的剛度突變、扭轉(zhuǎn)不規(guī)則等不利因素。本文介紹了主體結(jié)構(gòu)方案的設(shè)計(jì)思路、計(jì)算方法、構(gòu)造措施,采用兩種軟件進(jìn)行對(duì)比分析,并進(jìn)行了多遇地震下的彈性時(shí)程分析。

During the project designing, a series of measures were taken to effectively control the potential irregularity in stiffness and torsion. This paper emphasizes on the design idea, analysis method, and detailed measures. Two types of softwares were used to analyse the structure, and elastic time-history analysis was also done.
