(大連城建設計研究院有限公司，大連116011)[摘要] 本文介紹了某大廈采用主次框支梁轉換結構。從結構整體計算及推覆分析等方面進行了結構抗震計算，計算結果表明該結構整體計算指標滿足規(guī)范要求。闡述了針對轉換層樓板局部錯位的轉換梁，采用了實體單元對結構整體進行了有限元分析。對復雜框支轉換結構的計算設計進行了探討。

It is calculated the structure on the static and Pushover analysis, the structural master ratio meets the requirement of the code. In order to analyze the transfer beam with slab at different position, the structure is analyzed by using 3D solid element. Therefore, some suggestions for complex building with transfer story are proposed.
