(南京市建筑設(shè)計(jì)研究院有限責(zé)任公司,南京210005)[摘要] 新百三期塔樓是在已建二期塔樓(八層)上進(jìn)行續(xù)建,已建的二期部分塔樓設(shè)計(jì)依據(jù)是“89”系列規(guī)范,因續(xù)建后總高度和總面積的增加、兩次設(shè)計(jì)執(zhí)行規(guī)范的差異、超限高層抗震性能設(shè)計(jì)的要求,需對(duì)已建部分的框架柱、梁柱節(jié)點(diǎn)和核心筒進(jìn)行加固。著重介紹了柱身、梁柱節(jié)點(diǎn)、核心筒加固設(shè)計(jì)原則、目的和方法。

Because of the increase of total height and gross area after subsequent construction, the difference between two designs carried out by different standard, and the request for ultra limited high-level earthquake-resistance performance design, the core tube, the constructed frame column and the beam column node must be reinforced. Emphasize the design principle, goal and method of the reinforcement for column, the beam column node and the core tube for the above reasons.
