(現(xiàn)代設計集團現(xiàn)代都市建筑設計院,上海200041)[摘要] 本文結(jié)合實例工程的基礎設計,總結(jié)了鉆孔灌注嵌巖樁基在考慮欠固結(jié)土層負摩阻力影響下,按地質(zhì)勘察參數(shù)和規(guī)范要求計算的單樁承載力理論計算值,與樁基實際承載力可能存在的差別,提出通過破壞性試樁和設置樁身測力裝置的方法,檢測樁基的實際承載能力,并結(jié)合對檢測結(jié)果的分析判別,確定欠固結(jié)土層對樁基的影響參數(shù)。實際工程樁基設計時,選擇合適的樁基承載力控制指標,在保證基礎安全的前提下,能設計出結(jié)構合理、經(jīng)濟性較好的樁基基礎。

( Xiandai Architectural Design Croup UD Architectural Design Institute, Shanghai 200041)Abstract: Based on the foundation design of practical projects, summarized the calculated value of bearing capacity of single bored cast-in-situ concrete pile under negative skin friction resistance of underconsolidated soil according to the parameters of geological investigation and requirements of specifications, and differences between theoretical and actual bearing capacities of pile foundation, proposing methods of conducting destructive test pile and setting pile force measuring device, checking the actual bearing capacity of pile foundation, determining the influence parameter of underconsolidated soil acting on pile foundation in combination with analysis of experiment result. The suitable control indicator of bearing capacity of pile foundation will be selected during design of engineering pile foundations, designing economical pile foundations with reasonable structure on condition of ensuring safety foundations.
