(機(jī)械工業(yè)第四設(shè)計(jì)研究院,洛陽471039)[摘要] 機(jī)械工廠中有許多振動(dòng)設(shè)備。結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)時(shí),對于這些動(dòng)力機(jī)器基礎(chǔ)和地基土體系可以按集總質(zhì)量的方法來簡化,即可以視其為質(zhì)彈阻體系的力學(xué)模型。再由振動(dòng)理論就可以得到該體系的頻響函數(shù)。結(jié)合現(xiàn)場實(shí)體基礎(chǔ)振動(dòng)試驗(yàn)測試的結(jié)果,把幅頻響應(yīng)函數(shù)中的質(zhì)量、剛度、阻尼比和固有頻率等作為未知量,根據(jù)最小二乘加權(quán)逼近原理來識別系統(tǒng)中的動(dòng)態(tài)參數(shù)。這種幅頻響應(yīng)加權(quán)最優(yōu)參數(shù)識別技術(shù)與雙峰法和多項(xiàng)式擬合法相比較,振動(dòng)響應(yīng)分析結(jié)果更為準(zhǔn)確,用幅頻響應(yīng)參數(shù)識別法計(jì)算出來的殘余誤差最小,是計(jì)算分析的最佳參數(shù)。其中獲取的動(dòng)態(tài)參數(shù)與實(shí)際結(jié)構(gòu)有明確的對應(yīng)關(guān)系,這項(xiàng)技術(shù)已經(jīng)在許多實(shí)際工程中應(yīng)用。

( SCIVIC Engineering Corporation, Luoyang 471039, China)Abstract: There are many vibration machines inmanufacturing industry. Their foundation on the ground can be regard as mass-springs-dam Psystem. According to vibration theory, the function of its dynamic response can be set up. To consider natural frequency, damp ratio and mass as unknown parameter, they are identified by weighting parameter optimization. It is a practical method, and has higher degreed of accuracy. The results of comparison of three methods calculation get conclusion that weight optimization is better than double peaksmethod and Basavanna's.
