(現代設計集團華東建筑設計研究院有限公司,上海200002)[摘要] 天津津塔是一棟高336. 9m的鋼結構超高層建筑,主要抗側力體系采用“鋼管混凝土柱框架+核心鋼板剪力墻體系+外伸剛臂抗側力體系”組成。薄鋼板剪力墻結構作為一種新的結構體系,具有較大的彈性初始剛度、大變形能力和良好的塑性性能、穩(wěn)定的滯回特性等優(yōu)點,但在國內還沒有先例。鋼管混凝土柱作為鋼板剪力墻體系的邊緣構件,與常規(guī)的鋼管混凝土柱設計有許多特別之處。主要介紹了在不同施工工況,不同規(guī)范及鋼板剪力墻影響下的津塔結構的鋼管混凝土柱如何設計的。

As a new structural system,SPSW is a high lateral stiffness and ductility structure system. There is no example in China before. As a vertical boundary element, there are some differences between conventional CFT column design. This thesis mainly discusses CFT column design in Tianjin Jinta with different construction analysis, different codes and SPSW influence.
