(浙江工業(yè)大學(xué)建筑規(guī)劃設(shè)計(jì)研究院，杭州310014)[摘要] “5.12”汶川特大地震對重災(zāi)區(qū)青川縣造成了極其慘重的損失，筆者參與青川縣災(zāi)后學(xué)校重建工作，期間深入地調(diào)查了縣城內(nèi)不同時(shí)期建成的底框．抗震墻結(jié)構(gòu)體系的房屋的震害情況，比較了其不同的破壞特征，分析了產(chǎn)生各種震害的原因。目前，災(zāi)區(qū)各項(xiàng)公共援建項(xiàng)目已快竣工，適合災(zāi)區(qū)經(jīng)濟(jì)環(huán)境的底框．抗震墻結(jié)構(gòu)體系的房屋即將在災(zāi)區(qū)縣城臨街建筑中大范圍應(yīng)用。本文從結(jié)構(gòu)專業(yè)的角度針對底框．抗震墻結(jié)構(gòu)提出了增強(qiáng)其抗震能力的措施和建議，對此類結(jié)構(gòu)在災(zāi)區(qū)重建中的應(yīng)用提供了參考。

Having taken part in post-disaster reconstruction of schools in Qingchuan, during this period, The damage of the multi-storey masonry buildings with bottom-frame which were built in different ages was thoroughly investigated, and a comparison of the stamps over the destroyed structure was made, as well as analyzing the causes of the earthquake. Now, the public rebuilding project in stricken area is going to be completed soon and the multi-storey masonry buildings with bottom-frame which6t the economical environment of stricken area is to put into use in the those constructions vith frontages on streets. Hoping to do some contributions to the structure applied in the Province. Some individual advise over enhancing the buildings' seismic capacityin the earthquake, specifically in the structure are given.
