[摘要]《建筑地基處理技術(shù)規(guī)范》(JGJ79-2002，J220-2002)對(duì)經(jīng)過(guò)地基處理后的地基承載力修正值如何計(jì)算，僅有較原則性的定義并無(wú)詳細(xì)的條文說(shuō)明，實(shí)際工程中存在各種不同的地質(zhì)情況及理解，也產(chǎn)生不同的結(jié)果，對(duì)基礎(chǔ)部分造價(jià)產(chǎn)生較大影響。通過(guò)一個(gè)工程實(shí)例對(duì)此進(jìn)行分析，得出了一些結(jié)論，供探討研究。

Abstract: In technical code for ground treatment of buildings (TCGRB), there is only definition in principle and no declartion (commentary) in detail about that how calculates the characteristic-value of subgrade bearing capacity after ground treatment. So there is different understandings and results on it, and it has big effect on the cost of foundation. Based on an actual project, this article makes a discussion aboutit.
