安哥拉“道谷”教堂地基基礎(chǔ)托換加固技術(shù)

李今保(江蘇東南特種技術(shù)工程有限公司,南京210008)[摘要]安哥拉“道谷”教堂在后加外墻荷載作用下,外墻柱偏心荷載效應(yīng)遠(yuǎn)大于其抵抗力,同時地基承載力嚴(yán)重不足且建筑物的沉降速率遠(yuǎn)大于規(guī)范規(guī)定。通過對原結(jié)構(gòu)外墻柱及基礎(chǔ)的計算分析,對該教堂外墻柱及地基基礎(chǔ)結(jié)構(gòu)的安全性能進(jìn)行了綜合評價。在進(jìn)行加固設(shè)計方案的優(yōu)化時,改變了常規(guī)的加固思路,采用托換加固技術(shù),解決了原外墻柱的抵抗力和基礎(chǔ)承載力不足的問題。該技術(shù)把原來復(fù)雜的外墻柱及地基基礎(chǔ)受力狀態(tài)簡化為受力明確的樁基礎(chǔ),確保了結(jié)構(gòu)的加固安全,降低了加固成本,為同類工程提供了地基基礎(chǔ)加固設(shè)計的新思路。[關(guān)鍵詞]既有地基基礎(chǔ);沉降速率;地基承載力;托換;錨桿靜壓樁;預(yù)加壓力封樁裝置中圖分類號:TU431 文獻(xiàn)標(biāo)識碼:A 文章編號:1002-848X(2013)04-0094-04Foundation underpinning reinforcement technology of Angola “Daogu” ChurchLi Jinbao(Jiangsu Dongnan Special Engineering &Technology Co., Ltd., Nanjing 210008,China)Abstract: Under the effect of the adding exterior wall loads of Angola “Daogu” Church, the exterior wall column eccentric load effect was much larger than the resistance. At the same time, the bearing capacity of foundation was in a serious shortage and the sedimentation rate of the building exceeded the specification of codes. The column and foundation of the exterior wall of original structure were calculated and analyzed, and the safety performance comprehensive evaluation of this church exterior wall column and foundation was conducted. In the reinforcement design optimization, the underpinning reinforcement technology was used to solve the insufficient of resistance of the original exterior wall column and the shortage of the bearing capacity of foundation.
