[摘要] 共創(chuàng)輕鋼結(jié)構(gòu)廠房建筑總面積為11萬(wàn)m2，結(jié)構(gòu)形式為門(mén)式剛架輕鋼結(jié)構(gòu)。該工程廠房超長(zhǎng)超寬，本文介紹了其輕鋼結(jié)構(gòu)的設(shè)計(jì)要點(diǎn)，包括剛架計(jì)算、支撐體系布置、檁條設(shè)計(jì)、防火分區(qū)墻架設(shè)計(jì)等。對(duì)多脊多坡的門(mén)式剛架防雪災(zāi)提出了具體解決的方法。

Abstract: The Gong Chuang factory have 110,000 m² construction areas. They are made of the steel structure with gabled frame. This paper introduces some main points about this super-long and super wide structure including calculation of gabled frame, arrangement for braced system and designing of purline and fire compartment frame. Some methods of preventing snow disaster for gabled frame with multi-gable roof are pointed out.
