關(guān)于配筋方式與混凝土裂縫寬度關(guān)系的量化分析

石南南, 張潤瀟, 黃達海(北京航空航天大學交通科學與工程學院土木系,北京100191)[摘要] 對配筋方式與混凝土裂縫寬度關(guān)系進行了深入分析。通過建立鋼筋混凝土分離式有限元模型,考慮它們之間的粘結(jié)滑移作用,分別改變構(gòu)件的配筋率和鋼筋直徑,來考察混凝土裂縫寬度變化規(guī)律。可以得到這樣的結(jié)論:在鋼筋根數(shù)不變情況下,增大鋼筋直徑,配筋率相應增大,裂縫寬度會明顯減小;在配筋率不變情況下,增大鋼筋直徑,裂縫寬度則會相應增大,并且文中將二者關(guān)系量化,該結(jié)論很好地解釋了工程中經(jīng)常選用細鋼筋和較高配筋率來得到較好的限裂效果。依據(jù)新舊版本水工規(guī)范選用不同直徑限裂鋼筋,以閘墩豎直墻為模型,通過有限元分析闡述了新版規(guī)范對鋼筋直徑修改的意義。[關(guān)鍵詞] 鋼筋混凝土;鋼筋直徑;配筋率;裂縫寬度;有限元模型中圖分類號:TU311.4 文獻標識碼:A 文章編號:1002 -848X( 2012) S2 -0443 -05Quantitative analysis of reinforcing steel on crack widthShi Nannan, Zhang Runxiao, Huang Dahai( Department of Civil Engineering, School of Transportation Science and Engineering, Beihang University, Beijing 100191, China)Abstract: Deeper study for the relationship between the reinforcing way and the crack width is implemented. By establishing the reinforced concrete separated finite element model, taking their shear behavior interacting into consideration and changing the members' steel ratio and bar diameter, the varying pattem of reinforcement concrete crack width is performed. The results indicated that the crack width would markedly decrease in the condition of larger bar diameter and same bar quanUty; whereas with a same steel ratio, the larger the bar diameter the wider the crack. This conclusion perfectly explained why tlun bars and lugh steel ratio get better crack control effect. Moreover, gate pier ANSYS models were also established to illuminate the significance of modification the bar diameter, regarding the limit crack reinforced clauses in old and new hydraulic design specification.Keywords: reinforced concrete; reinforced diameter; reinforcement ratio; crack width; finite element model
