天津國貿(mào)中心A座公寓樓舒適度設(shè)計

韓維1,呂漢忠1,尤旭升1,彭程2,陳永祁2(1 凱德置地(中國)投資有限公司, 北京 100007; 2 北京奇太振控科技發(fā)展有限公司, 北京100037)[摘要]天津國際貿(mào)易中心A座公寓樓高235m,采用鋼框架-支撐核心筒體系,是一座補強重建、純鋼結(jié)構(gòu)的超高層公寓樓。依據(jù)天津小白樓地區(qū)風洞試驗數(shù)據(jù),采用ETABS軟件,對在避難層加設(shè)套索式安裝的液體粘滯阻尼器的結(jié)構(gòu)進行舒適度計算及分析,并對阻尼器的參數(shù)、安裝位置和數(shù)量等內(nèi)容進行優(yōu)化,從而實現(xiàn)結(jié)構(gòu)的安全性與舒適性。該方法不僅替代了在傳統(tǒng)結(jié)構(gòu)中逐層或隔層均勻布置斜撐或人字撐阻尼器的方法,也替代了抗風減振常用的TMD系統(tǒng),有效減小了A座公寓樓在脈動風壓作用下的樓層加速度,滿足高鋼規(guī)對超高層公寓樓舒適度的有關(guān)規(guī)定;設(shè)置阻尼器后,結(jié)構(gòu)在地震作用下表現(xiàn)出較好的抗震性能,一定程度上提高了結(jié)構(gòu)的抗震耗能能力。[關(guān)鍵詞]超高層鋼結(jié)構(gòu); 建筑舒適度; 液體粘滯阻尼器; 加速度; 套索中圖分類號:TU352.1文獻標識碼:A文章編號:1002-848X(2013)13-0031-05Comfort design for building A of Tianjin International Trade CenterHan Wei1, Lv Kevin1, You Xusheng1, Peng Cheng2, Chen Yongqi2(1 Capitaland (China) Investment Co., Ltd., Beijing 100007, China; 2 Beijing Qitai Shock Control and Scientific Development Co., Ltd., Beijing 100037, China)Abstract: The building A of Tianjin International Trade Center, rising to 235m, is a super high-rise apartment building of steel frame-core brace structure. According to the time-history data from the wind tunnel test for the Xiaobailou area of Tianjin, ETABS software was used to calculate and analyze the comfort of the structure with the placing toggle-braced fluid viscous dampers located in the refuge stories. A series of contents of the dampers like parameters, installation locations as well as quantities were optimized, so as to meet the requirements of safety and comfort of the structure simultaneously. The method has replaced the assigning not only diagonal or chevron damper installation, but also TMD system which is usually been applied for wind resistance. It has effectively reduced the floor acceleration of the structure in fluctuating wind, so that the structure has satisfied the relevant provisions of comfort of super high-rise apartment buildings in codes.
