鐵路客站鋼桁架-方鋼管混凝土柱節(jié)點(diǎn)構(gòu)造優(yōu)化與試驗(yàn)研究*

李志強(qiáng)1,王偉1,2,陳以一1,2,張崢3,丁潔民3(1 同濟(jì)大學(xué)建筑工程系, 上海 200092; 2 同濟(jì)大學(xué)土木工程防災(zāi)國家重點(diǎn)實(shí)驗(yàn)室, 上海 200092;3 同濟(jì)大學(xué)建筑設(shè)計(jì)研究院有限公司, 上海 200092)[摘要]一批高鐵客站采用的新型鋼桁架-方鋼管混凝土柱節(jié)點(diǎn)的力學(xué)性能、構(gòu)造極其復(fù)雜,是設(shè)計(jì)的難點(diǎn)。由于節(jié)點(diǎn)是結(jié)構(gòu)傳遞荷載的關(guān)鍵部位,提出簡化構(gòu)造措施后的新型節(jié)點(diǎn)。地震作用下節(jié)點(diǎn)性能對結(jié)構(gòu)的延性有較大影響,因此有必要研究簡化后新型節(jié)點(diǎn)的抗震性能。對這種新型連接節(jié)點(diǎn)進(jìn)行了1∶3縮尺的模型試驗(yàn),介紹了試驗(yàn)的加載方法,討論了節(jié)點(diǎn)的受力性能、薄弱環(huán)節(jié)與破壞模式。根據(jù)試驗(yàn)結(jié)果,分析了簡化后新型節(jié)點(diǎn)的承載能力與最大位移。試驗(yàn)表明,簡化后的節(jié)點(diǎn)構(gòu)造直接、有效,具有較高的承載能力與較好的塑性變形性能。[關(guān)鍵詞]鋼桁架-方鋼管混凝土柱節(jié)點(diǎn); 抗震性能; 模型試驗(yàn); 破壞模式; 承載能力中圖分類號(hào):TU398.9,TU317+.1 文獻(xiàn)標(biāo)識(shí)碼:A 文章編號(hào):1002-848X(2013)13-0063-04Details improvement and experimental research on steel truss-square CFT column joints in railway station terminalLi Zhiqiang1, Wang Wei1, 2, Chen Yiyi1, 2, Zhang Zheng3, Ding Jiemin3(1 Department of Building Engineering, Tongji University, Shanghai 200092, China; 2 State Key Laboratory for Disaster Reduction in Civil Engineering, Tongji University, Shanghai 200092, China; 3 Tongji Architectural Design (Group) Co., Ltd., Shanghai 200092, China)Abstract: A new kind of joint between steel truss and square concrete-filled tube (CFT) column was adopted in some high-speed railway stations in China recently. This kind of joint which is difficult to design has complicated constructional details and mechanical performance. Because of playing an important role on load transfer in the structure, the simplified new kind of joint was proposed. For the remarkable effect on the structural ductility, some research on the seismic performance of this kind of simplified new joint should be carried out. A joint model test with a scale of 1∶3 and loading system was introduced. Load performance of this kind of simplified joint, weak position and failure mode were described. According to the test, bearing capacity and maximum displacement of this kind of simplified joint were discussed.
