趙東1，徐景戎1，劉麗紅1，曹寶珠2（1 吉林土木風(fēng)建筑工程設(shè)計有限公司， 長春 130061; 2 吉林建筑大學(xué)土木工程學(xué)院， 長春 130118）［摘要］長春市老年大學(xué)建筑場地在長軸方向高差達8m，給建筑的基坑降水及抗浮設(shè)計帶來了較大的困難。由于建筑功能的需要，樓板大開洞較多并沿豎向貫通，形成平面不規(guī)則項超限。同時為滿足建筑師的創(chuàng)意，西側(cè)入口整體向內(nèi)凹入，在頂部形成寬度17m、跨度50m的挑空檐口。該檐口采用鋼管桁架體系，既減輕了結(jié)構(gòu)自重，又能避免自重過大造成的作用于主體結(jié)構(gòu)的較大水平地震作用。由于整體桁架位于室外且沒有采暖，溫度應(yīng)力比較突出，支座采用變形能力較好的成品滑動鉸支座。整體桁架采用MIDAS/Gen進行內(nèi)力分析，關(guān)鍵節(jié)點采用ANSYS進行補充應(yīng)力分析。［關(guān)鍵詞］抗??； 平面不規(guī)則超限； 無縫設(shè)計； 大跨度檐口； 滑動鉸支座中圖分類號：TU318.2 文獻標(biāo)識碼：A 文章編號：1002-848X(2013)13-0081-03Structural design of Changchun university for the elderlyZhao Dong1, Xu Jingrong1, Liu Lihong1, Cao Baozhu2（1 Jilin Tumufeng Civil Engineering Design Co., Ltd., Changchun 130061, China; 2 School of Civil Engineering, Jilin Jianzhu University, Changchun 130118, China）Abstract: The 8 meters relative elevation of construction site in long axis direction of building brings a lot trouble to the foundation ditch drainage and anti-floating design. According to architectural functions, large holes in the floors along the vertical direction of the building result in out-of-code irregular plane. To meet the architects’ ideas, the west entrance concaves in the building, which brings a 17m×50m large cantilevered eave on the top of the building. The cantilevered eave uses the steel tube truss system, which reduces the structural weight and eases seismic action of main structure caused by the excessive dead load. Sliding hinge supports with better deforming ability were adopted under the eave to solve the problem of temperature stress, which is outstanding because the truss is located outdoors without heating circumstances.
